Being well, and creating a sense of wellbeing, is often easier said than done which is why Gallagher created its wellbeing programme called At My Best.


Whether it’s generating more energy, or building closer connections, or finding practical ways to manage stress, or improving focus, or figuring out how to reach their full potential, our online portal is packed full of resources to help our people have better days at home and at work.

The At My Best hub is an evolving collection of articles, webinars, podcasts, tipsheets, and videos, to help with any aspect of wellbeing. 

It’s designed to help our people build positive habits, focusing on what we’re good at and finding small ways to play to our strengths.

Our most recent engagement survey found that although well over half our team feel they can effectively manage their own wellbeing, some of us would like support which is why we created At My Best.

The At My Best Hub can also put members of #TeamGallagher in direct contact with free trained counsellors who can help with stress management (whether related to work or home stresses), career coaching, financial wellbeing and more.
