Brand alignment and consistency on a worldwide scale is a focus for Brett as Global Brand Manager. Holding several roles within the Global and New Zealand Marketing teams previously has enabled Brett to see both the bigger picture and the needs of the local markets.
“With approximately 75% of our brand presence overseas, it is crucial that we provide our regional teams brand clarity, but at the same time give them the freedom to apply regional nuances that resonate with their customers as no two markets are the same.”
Having spent time living and travelling overseas, Brett has settled in Hamilton since 2008 and enjoys spending time with his wife Jennie supporting their two boys Finn and Ben at their various sports and activities.
