1996 Honda CB750 Nighthawk

>>> Note, I sold this bike to Jim on May 15, 2004

History: I am the second owner.  I purchased it used in 1997 in mint condition and only 2,500 miles. The bike now has 3,900 miles and is in excellent condition, never dropped, and garaged.

Modifications:  I installed a windshield and the dealer installed new radial tires, Honda center stand and case guards (see photo below)

Price: I purchased the bike used in 1997 for $4,000 and sold it in 2004 for $3,500.

Condition: The bike is in excellent condition with 3,900 miles. It has never been dropped or in any kind of accident. The rims  have some slight discoloration (from moisture), if you look closely, that can be buffed out. There are a couple scratches in the lower part of the gas tank where the tank meets the seat, but these are only visible if you remove the seat.  The previous owner must have scratched the tank after removing and putting the seat back.  These comments are intended to be totally honest about the condition, the bike looks fine, with no visible scratches.  I have not ridden the bike in rain and it is garaged and covered.  Mechanical condition is excellent.

FAQs: Why did you sell it? I buy a used bike when I see a great bike for sale at a reasonable price and then I sell the other bike.  I just purchased a used 96 Honda CBR1000F, so now it was  time to sell the Nighthawk.
