Photo tips.

Digital cameras are great.   But I get a lot of bad shots indoors when the flash is on - red eye and too much contrast.

I get warmer and more real shots with the flash turned "off".

Note: Chris is #3 child of our nephew and niece - Tim and Lori.

Inside the album cover I found reproductions of the band's contracts in the late 60's.

Here is their contract to perform for one hour at Woodstock in 1969 for $12,500.

Kinda crazy - I ordered a "phiten titanium necklace" - worn by many athletes in a belief it increases stamina.

Our grandfather - Edward Gallagher was a big Chicago White Sox fan.  We visited his grave on the south side of Chicago and decorated his gravestone with White Sox World Champions mementos in tribute to his support of the team over the many years of his life.  He died in 1989 at the age of 92 and was blessed with good health.

The Chicago White Sox win Game 2 of the World Series.  Chicago is rocking.

Baseball is a beautiful game.  It's more beautiful when your team wins, of course, but what sport has the excitement of the grand slam home run?   Or the walk-off home run in the bottom of the ninth inning.  I can't think of a sport that provides the opportunity for so many unexpected thrills.
